As our Web Specialist, you will solve the critical challenge of scaling our digital presence securely and efficiently by managing a heavy volume of web requests and cross-functional updates.
You will protect our brand integrity and elevate the user experience by turning complex marketing campaigns, regional translations, and product launches into smoothly published digital realities.
Your work will directly give our broader marketing team the operational room they need to focus on strategic initiatives that accelerate business growth.

This role is ideal for someone looking to build expertise across web operations, content, SEO, and digital marketing while developing a strong foundation for future growth within web or content strategy.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Own day-to-day website operations, including publishing, QA, formatting, updates, maintenance, and CMS management to keep our digital storefront operating without a single hitch.
  • Manage and execute website updates and operational initiatives across Marketing, Legal, Events, Product Marketing, and Regional teams, ensuring every landing page and content asset goes live accurately and right on schedule.
  • Manage multilingual workflows and translation coordination for regional teams, ensuring international content moves efficiently through review, approval, and publishing so our global audience receives a localized experience.
  • Coordinate project timelines, approvals, and stakeholder communication to eliminate operational bottlenecks and keep high-priority web projects moving forward.
  • Work closely with designers and developers to ensure website projects are delivered on time and meet our strict quality standards.
  • Contribute to web content creation, editing, SEO initiatives,  governance documentation, and operational consistency across the website, so our digital voice remains unified and clear across every page.
    Leverage AI tools and workflows to improve efficiency, streamline operational processes, and increase the team’s ability to scale website initiatives.

We're Looking For Someone Who

  • Has 2+ years of experience in website operations, digital marketing, content publishing, project coordination, or related roles.
  • Has experience working within a CMS, such as WordPress, and within a marketing automation platform, such as HubSpot (or similar).
  • Is highly organized and able to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholder requests simultaneously.
  • Has strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and quality.
  • Communicates effectively and can coordinate work across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Is comfortable working with project plans, timelines, approvals, and task management workflows.
  • Has strong writing and editing skills, with an interest in developing expertise in web content, SEO, and content strategy.
  • Knows about, and is excited to dive into AI tools and technologies to build efficient and scalable processes.
  • Is eager to learn about web operations, user experience, SEO, and website performance.
  • Can work independently while knowing when to escalate issues or ask for support.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with tools such as WordPress, HubSpot, GA4, Crazy Egg, or SemRush.
  • Basic understanding of SEO and website optimization best practices.

The compensation range listed for this role reflects the expected base salary for candidates located in Ontario, Canada. It is informed by market data and the approved budget for this position. StackAdapt maintains different compensation ranges for roles across other countries and regions, and final offers will be aligned to the candidate’s current location.

This range represents base salary only. Depending on the role, candidates may also be eligible for additional compensation such as annual bonuses, commissions, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Factors Influencing Final Compensation:

  • The final compensation offer will be determined by a variety of factors, which may include, but are not limited to: the candidate's specific experience, technical skills, knowledge, abilities, and relevant education, licensure, and certifications.
  • Other business factors, such as organizational needs and budget alignment, may also be considered in the final offer.
Ontario Salary Band
$64,000$76,000 CAD
