Summary

In this role, you will lead the hands-on design, development, and content migration for a new Sg2 Intelligence membership website, from initial wireframes and mockups to final responsive code using Sitecore 10 technology. In this role, you will collaborate with Intelligence product and Service leadership to ensure the new website’s goals align with strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing member value, engagement, and retention. In this role, you will act as the central point of contact for all Sg2 web projects and content posting, managing intake, prioritization, and execution of requests from internal teams. In this role, you will stay at the forefront of emerging web technologies, design trends, and digital best practices to ensure Sg2 websites evolve to meet and exceed user expectations.

Responsibilities

  • In this role, you will leverage deep Sitecore 10 expertise (Sitecore XP, Content Hub, and CDP Personalize) to create and optimize digital experiences, including personalization, that increase external audience engagement.
  • Lead development discussions and define strategies with internal and external stakeholders to provide recommendations on site and page development and user experience for Sg2 websites and web pages.
  • Provide project leadership and management, from concept to execution, for cross-functional teams designing and developing web solutions for Sg2 member-specific content and services.
  • Serve as a liaison with internal teams and external agencies to define and refine requirements, test, and approve development of website creation, enhancements, and updates.
  • Build collaborative partnerships with IT and back-end development teams to ensure websites are technically sound, scalable, and secure.
  • Plan, schedule, execute, and oversee daily and weekly content posting across two Sg2 websites.
  • Own and execute the web analytics strategy, utilizing tools such as Google Analytics and Hotjar to measure performance, track user behavior, and define engagement metrics.
  • Manage the semi-annual content review and expiration process.
  • Develop and document procedures and best practices for use across supporting team members.
  • Educate and train other team members on platform use for content posting and management.

Qualifications

  • 7 or more years of progressive experience in web management or digital experience within the Sitecore 10 platform, preferably in a B2B membership, knowledge, or content delivery organization.
  • Must have experience executing successful web strategies that improve user experience and deliver measurable business outcomes, such as retention and engagement.
  • Must have experience launching and managing large-scale, complex websites and leading cross-functional projects from conception to ongoing enhancements.
  • Must have advanced design and UX/UI sensibility with a portfolio of visually appealing, user-friendly, personalized websites and pages.
  • Must have CMS expertise, including hands-on experience with enterprise-level platforms (e.g., Sitecore, Adobe Experience Manager).
  • Must have technical proficiency in front-end development (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript).
  • Must possess strong project management skills, with proficiency in Jira, Trello, or Asana, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in an agile environment.

Estimated Hiring Range:

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $88,900.00 to $155,500.00.
