Web Project Manager (Brand Studio)
We’re looking for a Web Project Manager to join our Brand Creative team. In this role, you’ll drive the planning and execution of web projects from concept through launch—partnering closely with designers, writers, developers, marketers, and stakeholders across the business. Sitting within the Brand Studio, you’ll play a key role in bringing visual and verbal brand work to life across digital experiences, ensuring alignment between creative vision, business objectives, and technical execution.
This role is ideal for someone who can bring structure to fast-moving environments, think beyond individual deliverables, and understand how web experiences support broader marketing and product journeys. You’re someone who can identify the shortest path from kickoff to launch while continuously improving workflows, collaboration, and team efficiency.

- Translate briefs, meeting notes, and stakeholder input into clear project plans, timelines, and actionable tasks

Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams including Brand Studio, Web Strategy, and Dev/Engineering
- Partner with Brand Studio to ensure visual and verbal assets are aligned, delivered on time, and ready for web implementation
- Act as the bridge between creative and development teams, ensuring smooth handoffs and fidelity from concept through final build
- Understand how web initiatives support broader marketing, product, and customer journey objectives—not just individual deliverables
Web & Development Operations
- Coordinate with development teams and understand technical workflows, including handoffs, QA, and release processes
- Support and enforce best practices across the web project lifecycle (briefing, scoping, design, development, QA, launch)
- Maintain organized documentation and project visibility using tools like Confluence and Monday
Process Improvement & Innovation
- Help build and evolve scalable workflows, frameworks, and operational processes for a growing Brand Studio and Web organization
