- Detail-oriented and able to keep track of multiple moving pieces without dropping the ball.
- Calm, friendly, and reliable—someone the team can count on.
- Experience: 0–2 years in a coordination, operations, project support, or agency environment is a plus (but not required if you’re a strong fit and eager to learn).
What You'll Do
- You’ll help keep our web projects organized, documented, and moving forward smoothly.
- Support the project team across active web projects by helping track timelines, tasks, and progress.
- Turn notes from meetings into clear action items, owners, and next steps.
- Create and maintain well-structured tasks in ClickUp (or similar), including deadlines, dependencies, and priorities.
- Coordinate internal check-ins, help keep meetings on track, and follow up on pending items.
- Help gather inputs (assets, approvals, feedback) from internal teams and clients.
- Flag risks early (missing info, delayed inputs, unclear scope) and escalate when needed.
- Prepare short weekly updates on status, next priorities, and potential blockers.
