YOUR IMPACT:
- Creating a product strategy for BetterMe Store on market trends, sales performance, customer feedback, and industry changes;
- Conducting competitive research, analyzing user feedback, working with funnel analytics;
- Conducting experiments with e-commerce products, aimed at increasing user retention, conversion rates, and average revenue per user;
- Identifying growth opportunities and creating hypotheses for optimization experiments;
- Working closely with marketing, design, analytics, and engineering teams to improve business results;
- Define requirements for new features and functionality.
ABOUT YOU:
- 3+ years of experience as Web Product Manager;
- Strong knowledge of product metrics and data analytics;
- Practical experience in executing A/B tests;
- Strong understanding of design principles;
- Familiarity with collaboration tools like Jira and Confluence;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Experience of working with a cross-functional team;
- Upper-intermediate or higher level of English.
WILL BE A PLUS:
- Hands-on experience with Tableau for analytics;
- Experience with health&fitness products;
- Proven track record with e-commerce platforms.
