Lead Web Producer

As a Lead Web Producer on the Digital Marketing team, a typical day for you will include:
- Manage a team of Web Producers and/or Senior Web Producers, providing direction, support, and performance feedback.
- Oversee website updates and quality assurance processes, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope. Remove blockers for the team and resolve any ambiguities. Prioritize competing tasks for direct reports.
- Manage the project management platform, prioritizes tasks, and serves as a point of escalation.
- Train/onboard current team members and new hires with processes and department platforms.
- UAT testing of websites for functionality and issues. This information is shared with the IT department for correction.
- CRO implementation and testing. These are experiments run on specific websites to see what improves to gain knowledge of visitors taking a desired action and becoming customers.
- Utilize knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and content management systems to guide and assist the team. Serve as an escalation point for complex requests.
- Ensure that all web content adheres to usability and accessibility best practices, providing a seamless user experience for all visitors.
- Use web analytics platforms to monitor and improve website performance, making data-driven decisions to enhance user engagement.
- Demonstrate strong project management and organizational skills, multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Foster a collaborative environment, facilitating effective communication and teamwork within the team.
- Build and maintain a strong network of contacts within the organization (legal, marketing, SEO, development, engineering, etc.) and learn who's job function can remove blockers for the team.
- Apply creative problem-solving skills to overcome challenges.
- Assist with the rotation of afterhours management of major outages by ensuring notifications are made to marketing leadership and technical teams are aware and can investigate the outage.

(Required qualifications)
- Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in web production, digital operations, or content management in progressive roles
- 3+ years of experience with CMS platforms
- Project management experience a plus
- Multi-brand, multi-unit experience a plus
- Franchise experience a plus
- Experience supervising employees a plus
- Skills:
- Familiarity with web analytics platforms.
- Highly detail-oriented and deadline-driven.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Self-starter. Ability to work autonomously.
- Experience with the Agile software development methodology (specifically Scrum framework).
- Demonstrates experience in developing positive working relationships with partners and clients (internal and external).
- High computer literacy including strong experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook is required.
- Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced and multidimensional environment and with cross functional teams.
- Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Digital, Marketing, Communications, Technology or related field required.
- Schedule / in-office requirements:
- Hybrid working model; Monday-Wednesday in office, Thursday/Friday from home.
