We are looking for a Web Operations Manager to oversee the governance, performance, and continuous improvement of large-scale web platforms. In this role, you will act as the key interface between business stakeholders, content teams, web developers, and project managers, ensuring that websites remain efficient, user-friendly, and aligned with business objectives.
The ideal candidate is a service-oriented, proactive professional with strong experience in web operations, content management systems, web analytics, and stakeholder management.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the daily operations of web platforms and digital services.
- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements for website enhancements and new functionalities.
- Create, prioritize, and follow up on Jira tickets with development teams.
- Monitor website performance and recommend improvements based on data and user feedback.
- Produce regular web analytics reports and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with web governance, accessibility, security, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with business owners, content managers, developers, UX specialists, and project managers.
- Support website usability improvements and user experience optimization initiatives.
- Coordinate content publication activities and quality assurance processes.
- Contribute to incident management, troubleshooting, and operational support.
- Maintain clear documentation and promote best practices across web operations.
- Participate in Agile processes and support the successful delivery of digital projects.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in web operations, website management, digital platforms, or a similar role.
- Strong hands-on experience with Drupal, SharePoint, and content management systems.
- Good knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and Agile ways of working.
- Experience with web analytics tools and the ability to translate data into business recommendations.
- Solid understanding of website governance, content lifecycle management, accessibility, usability, and SEO principles.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment.
- Excellent command of English; knowledge of French is considered an asset.
