Web Methods Administrator Specialist

Devsinc is looking for a skilled WebMethods Administrator Specialist to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our webMethods platform for seamless integration of enterprise applications, ensuring the highest level of performance and reliability.

Position Overview:
Looking for an experienced WebMethods Administrator to manage, maintain, and optimize WebMethods environments to ensure robust and high-performing integration platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain Software AG WebMethods environments including IS, MWS, UM, TN, and Broker.
• Handle environment patching, clustering, load balancing, and performance tuning.
• Monitor server health, manage logs, conduct routine audits, and ensure 24/7 operational availability.
• Configure SSL/TLS, SAML, and LDAP integration for secure authentication and authorization.
• Automate repetitive administrative tasks using custom scripts (Shell, Python) and WebMethods Admin APIs.
• Work closely with development and infrastructure teams to support deployments and resolve system issues.
  

Required Skills:

• 3–4 years of experience in WebMethods administration.
• Deep understanding of WebMethods server architecture and components.
• Expertise in server security, SSL certificates, authentication protocols, and LDAP integration.
• Experience with performance monitoring and fine-tuning of middleware environments.
• Knowledge of scripting (Shell, Python) for automation and environment management.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a webMethods Administrator or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of webMethods technologies, including Integration Server, Broker, and Trading Networks.
• Experience with SOA, REST, and XML-based integrations.
• Familiarity with databases (SQL, Oracle) and data transformation tools.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Relevant webMethods certifications are a plus.
