To succeed in this role you must have experience in: 

  • Handle data pipelines to collect, process, & transform data from various sources 

  • Collaborate w/ different data specialists (scientists, engineers and analysts) to understand data requirements & develop viable solutions 

  • Develop queries from multiple sources for automated reporting purposes 

  • Monitor & troubleshoot data pipelines to ensure they are performing efficiently & reliably 

  • Maintain documentation for data engineering projects & processes 

  • Knowledge on dashboard and report creation 

 

Desired Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, mathematics, statistics, or a related field 

  • 3+ years of experience in data analytics, data engineering or data science

  • Knowledge of database systems like MySQL, Hadoop or the like 

  • Experience with ETL tools like Alteryx, Talend or the like 

  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker Studio or Power BI 

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively & outside the box 

  • Strong analytical skills & attention to detail 

  • Excellent communication & collaboration skills 

  • Ability to present complex data insights to junior & senior leadership 

  • Ability to work independently & manage multiple projects
