  • SEO & Generative Engine Optimization (GEO):
  • Own and evolve the SEO strategy using tools like SEMrush and Google Search Console
  • Implement best practices across on-page SEO, structured data, and internal linking
  • Partner with the content team to optimize site content for AI-driven search engines and generative platforms (GEO)
  • CRO & Lead Conversion:
  • Use tools like Qualified, HubSpot, and Salesforce to track conversion behavior and identify improvement opportunities
  • Run and report on A/B tests for site structure, CTAs, forms, and landing pages
  • Collaborate with sales and demand gen teams to align site experience with funnel goals
  • Analytics & Reporting:
  • Create dashboards and regular performance reports using GA4, Looker Studio, and HubSpot
  • Track and analyze KPIs like traffic, bounce rate, conversion rate, demo requests, time on page, and more
  • Use data to recommend and implement ongoing optimizations

Requirements:

  • Must-Have Skills & Experience:
  • 4–6 years of experience in a web-focused marketing role
  • Hands-on expertise with WordPress, HubSpot, GA4, Google Search Console, Looker Studio, Salesforce, and SEMrush
  • Strong understanding of SEO, technical SEO, and evolving best practices for AI search (e.g., GEO)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage website projects and implement UX/UI improvements
  • Experience with conversion rate optimization and tools like Qualified or similar
  • Bonus Experience:
  • Familiarity with tools like 6Sense, HockeyStack, Hotjar, or Crazy Egg
  • Experience optimizing for B2B SaaS or compliance/regtech brands
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS, WordPress plugins, and third-party integrations

Who You Are:

  • Analytical and data-driven with a creative edge
  • Curious about AI and the future of search and digital experience
  • Collaborative, cross-functional, and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills
