Web Development Specialist (Remote – LATAM Preferred)

Job Summary:The Web Development Specialist will be responsible for managing and improving all websites and web applications within the Otte Polo Group ecosystem. This includes brands like GeeksOnSite, Responsive Answering, and Phase V Fulfillment. You’ll work with a team of developers, ensure site performance, oversee new feature rollouts, and work closely with marketing and operations to drive business goals through digital innovation.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead front-end and back-end development across all company websites and platforms.
- Ensure high-performing, responsive, SEO-optimized websites.
- Manage development timelines, updates, bug fixes, and feature releases.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement landing pages, CRO testing, and content updates.
- Ensure website security, backups, and codebase management.
- Recommend and implement improvements to site architecture and tools.
Requirements
- Must have a portfolio to apply
- 5+ years of professional web development experience, including 1–2 years in a leadership role.
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular.
- Strong experience with WordPress and/or Shopify.
- Solid understanding of technical SEO, Google Tag Manager, and analytics setup.
- Experience with version control (Git), hosting environments (e.g., cPanel, Cloudflare), and web performance tools (e.g., PageSpeed Insights).
- Fluent English communication (written and verbal).
- Strong organizational and task management skills, with attention to deadlines.
- Experience with API integrations and third-party tool connections (e.g., HubSpot, Zapier, CRMs).
- Familiarity with CRO tools like Hotjar, VWO, or A/B testing platforms.
- UI/UX collaboration experience or design system familiarity.
