We are seeking a seasoned Full Stack Web Lead Developer who can not only code but also lead, inspire, and elevate a development team. This role will focus on bringing innovative solutions to the table and holding the team to the highest standards of development best practices. Ideal candidates are skilled collaborators, adept at interacting with cross-functional teams including Product Owners and Business Analysts, and are comfortable demonstrating features and progress to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of developers, driving best practices, quality assurance, and creative problem-solving.
- Regularly interact with Product Owners and Business Analysts to align development efforts with business goals.
- Clearly and confidently demo features to clients and stakeholders, ensuring the product vision is consistently communicated.
- Focus on delivering a high-quality user experience, understanding customer needs, and translating them into technical requirements.
- Leverage "art of the possible" thinking, pushing boundaries, and bringing new ideas for feature implementation and team productivity.
- Support and develop team members, nurturing a collaborative and innovative environment.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in both front-end and back-end technologies, including Drupal. Familiarity with Elixir and Heroku would be advantageous.
- Understanding of Salesforce is a strong plus, particularly in integration with web platforms.
- Ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly, demo effectively, and work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
- A deep understanding of user experience principles, with a strong commitment to creating intuitive, engaging applications.
- Advanced english level.
