About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Web Developer with a strong backend focus to join our Bangalore team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in building scalable, API-driven applications and experience working with enterprise CMS platforms like Sitecore. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, performant web solutions that power our digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain ASP.NET and API-driven applications using C#.

  • Implement best practices for performance optimization, caching strategies, and scalable architecture.

  • Work with Sitecore CMS (Sitecore AI) to build and customize rendering configurations for headless development.

  • Configure and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.

  • Collaborate with front-end developers, QA engineers, and product teams to deliver robust solutions.

  • Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and adherence to Helix principles.

Required Skills & QualificationsGeneral Software Engineering Skills
  • Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming principles.

  • Knowledge of performance concepts (Big O notation, caching strategies, etc.).

  • Familiarity with website architecture and underlying systems.

Frameworks and Languages
  • 5+ years of experience building ASP.NET or API-driven apps with C#.

  • Basic SQL experience.

  • Exposure to GraphQL and PowerShell (any level).

  • Nice to have: Experience with Next.js.

Systems

Sitecore AI (Formerly Sitecore CMS)

  • Sitecore Developer Certification preferred.

  • Experience building & customizing Sitecore rendering config for headless development (JSON Renderings & custom Rendering Contents Resolvers).

  • Deep understanding of Helix principles.

  • Familiarity with Sitecore Serialization Service.

Azure DevOps

  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines.

  • Basic Git operations.
