The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable enterprise applications using the Microsoft .NET ecosystem. The role is on hybrid setup.Job Description
We are looking for a Web Developer with strong windows development experience and a solid foundation in enterprise-wide systems. The ideal candidate is technically proficient, analytical, and able to work closely with developers and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
What You'll Do
Analyze and translate business requirements into clear technical specifications and system designs.
Collaborate with developers, QA, and project managers to ensure accurate implementation
Participate in solution design sessions and contribute to architectural discussions.
Conduct system testing, assist in UAT, and provide post-deployment support.
Prepare and maintain technical documents including functional specs, process flows, and data mappings.
Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with the development team for fixes and improvements.
Work with OSS and 3rd Party Systems, ensuring proper integration, compatibility, and data flow across platforms.
What You'll Need
Strong windows application development background and the following technical skills
Proficient in WPF using C#.NET – able to build and enhance complex Windows desktop applications.
Proficient in SQL DMLs (SELECT/INSERT/UPDATE/DELETE) in Sybase or SQL Server – capable of writing optimized queries and supporting backend data operations.
Experience in .NET Framework – comfortable working within large-scale, enterprise environments.
Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) – able to design modular and maintainable solutions.
Experience in developing enterprise-wide applications – familiar with multi-tier architectures, system workflows, and large-scale systems.
Experience working with OSS and 3rd Party Systems – able to assess, integrate, and collaborate with external platforms and services.
Experience with APIs, integrations, and service-oriented architecture.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum practices.
Strong analytical thinking, communication, and documentation skills.
Physical Demands
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with federal, state and local standards
Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard and monitor
