Job Title: Web Developer (or Drupal Developer)

Reports to: Lead Web Developer
A quick snapshot...
The Drupal Developer will play a key role in maintaining and evolving Conga.com, supporting functionality requests, resolving technical issues, and contributing to optimization projects. This role follows an agile workflow and is focused on delivering high-quality, reliable code that supports the broader marketing strategy.
You’ll work closely with the Lead Web Developer and the Web Operations team to implement new features, maintain performance, and ensure the site remains secure, scalable, and aligned with Conga’s brand and business goals.

This is a deeply technical role requiring a developer who is passionate about Drupal and committed to building secure, reliable, and high-performing web experiences. Success in this role means delivering consistent, scalable solutions that support Conga’s marketing goals while collaborating closely with the Web Operations Team. The ideal candidate brings creative problem-solving, strong attention to detail, and a team-first mindset to every sprint and deployment.
Here’s what will give you an edge...
Related experience. you should have 3-5 years of experience as a Drupal Developer. Experience with static website generation, preferably with Drupal Maintain documentation of development processes, technical designs, and system configurations Maintain documentation of development processes, technical designs, and system configurations. Ensure solutions are optimized for performance, scalability, and security.
Collaboration. Partner with designers, product managers, and backend developers to deliver seamless user experiences. Translate functional and business requirements into technical specifications and deliverables. Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies
Customization & Integration. you have to Customize core Drupal functionalities and extend capabilities through contributed and custom modules CI/CD pipeline tool experience
SaaS demand generation website experience specifically, Technical SEO experience, Resolve technical issues and bugs across the site. Develop new features and enhance existing functionality. Experience with Google Tag Manager Experience
Aglie Methodologies. Perform regular maintenance tasks and software updates. Support implementation and upkeep of Martech integrations, Colla functionality, · SEO team to ensure technical SEO best practices. Participate in agile sprint planning and code reviews Maintain documentation and contribute to internal knowledge sharing
Technical Proficiency:
- Programming Language: Drupal Ver10
- Proficiency in PHP, HTML, Sass/CSS, and JavaScript
- Control systems: Git, Bitbucket, GitHub
- Cloud Platform: AWS, Azure, GCP
- Deployment tools: CICD pipelines
- Drupal community: Modules, Patches Forums
