The Role
As a Web Developer, you’ll support the development and customization of CMS-based platforms that drive our digital recruiting and orientation experiences. You'll play a key role in ensuring systems are scalable, secure, and tailored to the goals of each client.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain CMS-driven websites using C# / .NET and Umbraco
- Build and configure backend functionality to meet specific client needs
- Collaborate with project managers, designers, and media teams
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring system stability and performance
- Integrate APIs, enable SSO, and support cloud-based deployments
- Maintain code quality through testing, documentation, and code reviews
Required Skills and Experience
- Proficient in .NET (C#), SQL Server, Visual Studio
- Experience working with CMS platforms, preferably Umbraco
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Familiar with REST APIs, Razor, Git
- Experience or knowledge of Azure, MVC, AJAX, SSO, TFS, or IIS a plus
- Ability to problem-solve, prioritize, and adapt in a dynamic work environment
