We are seeking a skilled Web Developer to join the web marketing team and help deliver high-performing digital experiences through effective content management, site optimization, and data-driven enhancements. This role combines hands-on technical execution with strong project management to ensure timely, accurate delivery of web initiatives. The developer will collaborate closely with brand, demand generation, web & SEO, and engineering teams to build, test, and deploy content and web experiences

Responsibilities:

• Execute website projects from development through launch, including testing and QA

• Drive continuous site enhancements aligned with business goals and performance metrics

• Collaborate with marketing to optimize pages for engagement, conversion, and user experience

• Ensure brand consistency and accessibility across all global web properties

• Manage international site content and localization efforts for multiple regions and languages

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical SEO issues to improve search visibility and site performance

• Ensure compliance with ADA accessibility standards and GDPR data protection regulations

• Document web systems, workflows, and processes for team alignment and continuity

To succeed in this role you must have experience in:

• 5 years of experience in web development, including working with international websites and CMS/headless CMS platforms (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, Contentful)

• Expertise in modern web technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript

• Proficiency in responsive design, mobile optimization, and cross-browser compatibility

• Strong knowledge of fixing technical SEO issues and implementing best practices (e.g., scalable hreflang, Core Web Vitals, mitigating 404s)

• Familiarity with ADA and GDPR compliance regulations

• Experience with marketing analytics, A/B testing, and lead generation optimization

• Data-driven mindset with a focus on improving marketing performance

• Strong communicator, able to collaborate across teams and work independently
