A3 Technology, Inc. is seeking an experienced Web Developer to work with our Software Team to support RMLS applications in Egg Harbor Township, NJ. The successful candidate will collaborate with team members in resolving technical issues within the RMLS system, as well as documentation and test solutions.
Essential Job Functions:
- Knowledge and experience in software development and test under agile methodology.
- Develop new features and modifies the structure of existing software products.
- Experience troubleshooting application problems.
- Provide support for the deployment of the applications.
- May be required to support software installation.
- Attend and may lead meetings, design reviews, working groups and briefings.
- Report issues and problems and recommends solutions.
- Perform other related duties in line with tasks assignments.
- RMLS Field Support 24x7 as needed.
- After hours install and support as needed.
- Located at the FAA William J. Hughes Technical Center.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Required:
- Extensive web development (PHP, .NET, CSS, HTML)
- Database developer background (Oracle/SQL).
- Development experience in Oracle replicated environment.
- JavaScript programming.
- AJAX and Web Services.
- Excellent writing and verbal skills.
- Excellent customer relations skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and be willing to work together in support of team goals.
- Ability to adapt to an agile environment.
Skills a Plus:
- Extended JavaScript.
- Python.
- Web server-side knowledge (Apache/IIS).
- Full stack web development.
- Model-view-controller architecture.
- Familiarity with object-oriented programming techniques.
- Cross-browser development.
Education:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or Math or a Bachelor's degree in another technical field with a minimum of thirty (30) semester hours in a combination of Mathematics, Statistics and Computer Science and (15) years of related work experience in a Computer Science or Math field OR
- Master's Degree in any field of study with a minimum of thirty (30) semester hours of either undergraduate or graduate study in a combination of Mathematics, Statistics and Computer Science and (12) years related work experience in a Computer Science or Math field.
Additionally, US Citizenship or documented proof of eligibility to work in the US is a must. Upon receiving a conditional offer of employment, candidates will undergo a Government investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for Government clearance. Verification of past employment, education and references is also required. It is imperative that candidates be either a US citizen or a current green card holder with the last 3 consecutive years as a resident of the US.
