Your Impact
Are you a creative mind with a passion for designing visually appealing and functional websites?
We are looking for a talented Web Designer to lead the visual design, information architecture, and UI design of new and existing web-based applications, public portals, and promotional websites.
In this role, you will create visually striking, user-friendly websites that effectively represent our clients’ brands and meet their goals. Your focus will be on both the aesthetic and functional aspects of the web design.
Working closely with clients and development teams, you will define markups and develop style sheets to enhance project designs, ensuring cross-platform functionality and usability across marketing sites and information-rich applications.
Working hours: Monday – Friday, 11:30 am – 8:00 pm.

What You'll Bring Along
- Proficiency in Figma (primary design tool), with solid experience using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- 3+ years of experience in web-based graphic or interface design, with practical understanding of front-end technologies such as JavaScript or jQuery.
- Strong knowledge of modern web UI technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, and CSS preprocessors (SASS/LESS).
- Bachelor’s degree in Web Design and Development, Art, or a related field - or equivalent education and experience.
- Excellent design sense and creativity, with the ability to create visually appealing layouts, color schemes, typography, and elements consistent with brand identity.
- Strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
- Ability to approach design challenges with creativity and problem-solving skills, including troubleshooting design and layout issues.
- Awareness of accessibility and SEO principles, ensuring websites are usable by individuals with disabilities and optimized for visibility.
It's considered a plus:
- Familiarity with Bootstrap and Flexbox for responsive layouts
- Experience with user flows, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
What you'll do:
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements, brand guidelines, and target audience preferences
- Define and develop the overall look, feel, and style of the website, including color schemes, layout, typography, and imagery, in line with the client's brand identity
- Design and refine wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to establish structure, functionality, and user flow before final implementation
- Build and implement user interfaces using front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Ensure responsive, accessible, and intuitive design across all devices and screen sizes, providing a seamless user experience.
- Stay current with emerging design trends, tools, and technologies, and share insights to help the team continuously improve.
