Job Description:

Support the maintenance, localization, and timely publication of web content and digital promotional materials across LATAM and NAL markets. The role uses content management systems (CMS) to create, update, schedule, and quality-check web pages, articles, images, banners, product information, catalogs, and promotional content in alignment with Marketing and Sales plans.

This is a web content operations role, not a web development or programming position. The specialist will work primarily within CMS platforms and related digital tools. Basic familiarity with HTML/CSS is helpful for content formatting and troubleshooting.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create, update, format, and maintain web pages and digital content using CMS platforms.

  • Create and update event pages and campaign pages, including pages managed through Wix.

  • Upload, edit, resize, organize, and position images, banners, articles, catalogs, videos, and other approved digital assets.

  • Schedule and publish promotional content according to the annual marketing and promotional calendar.

  • Verify that products, prices, points, promotions, and redemption information are accurately reflected on applicable websites and Virtual Office environments.

  • Coordinate with Marketing, Design, Product, Promotions, Sales, Finance, Operations, Web/IT, and regional teams to gather and implement content requirements.

  • Localize and adapt approved digital content for LATAM and NAL markets while maintaining consistency with global brand and marketing guidelines.

  • Conduct pre- and post-publication quality checks to identify broken links, incorrect information, layout issues, missing assets, or other content discrepancies.

  • Monitor scheduled promotions and, when required, perform manual product or promotional activations in the Virtual Office.

  • Occasionally support after-hours checks, including evenings, when time-sensitive promotions or scheduled launches require verification.

  • Maintain accurate and current web content and coordinate timely corrections when issues are identified.

  • Use web analytics and reporting tools, as applicable, to monitor site and content performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Prepare periodic reports or summaries of key digital metrics, traffic trends, conversions, and other relevant performance indicators.

  • Provide additional web-content and digital marketing support as assigned.

  • Proactive, collaborative, and comfortable working across teams and time zones.

  • Adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Customer- and field-focused mindset with an understanding of the importance of accurate and timely digital content.

  • The position may occasionally require flexibility outside standard business hours to verify time-sensitive promotions, scheduled content, or product activations.

  • The role requires close collaboration with teams across multiple countries and time zones.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Web Content, or a related field.

  • At least 2 years of experience in web content, digital marketing, CMS administration, e-commerce content, communications, or a similar role.

  • English and Spanish required, with strong written communication and proofreading skills in both languages. Portuguese is a plus

  • Professional, empathetic, and effective interpersonal communication.

  • Hands-on experience maintaining and publishing content through a CMS. Experience with Wix or similar platforms is preferred.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel.

  • Basic familiarity with HTML and CSS for content formatting and troubleshooting.

  • Web development or programming expertise is not required.
