Reporting directly to the Web Content Manager, the Web Content Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the quality of content (product photos, names, and descriptions) and for publishing products on www.linenchest.com. We are looking for a team player who takes pride in delivering quality work, has strong attention to detail, and a keen interest in product imagery and online presentation. The ideal candidate will help ensure that products on our website are represented with clear, attractive, and high-quality images.

Job Description

 

  • Ensure the quality control of images intended for the website and become a go-to resource for visual standards by applying established guidelines, training, and best practices.
  • Work closely with the Web Content team to improve product presentation and contribute to publishing a greater number of products, including regular inventory and dropship products.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of product image creation, optimization, and quality-control processes.
  • Take photos of products and their various features (no specialized photography skills required; simply follow a protocol to properly capture all the elements required by the Image Guide AI tool).
  • Photograph products and their key features by following established procedures to capture all the elements required for image creation and optimization.
  • Use dedicated AI image tools to optimize photos and ensure they meet established quality standards and visual requirements.
  • Publish products online, ensuring that newly created product pages meet customer needs.
  • Verify that the information provided for each product is accurate and easy to understand.
  • Research additional information or images as needed.
  • Communicate with various internal and external third parties to ensure consistency and quality of content across the company.

Qualifications

  • Bilingual: excellent written communication skills in both English and French (essential)
  • Excellent knowledge of French grammar and syntax (essential)
  • Knowledge of Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines when necessary
  • Experience using artificial intelligence tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to accelerate product publishing is an asset
