Le Caissier Web traite les commandes manuelles et les transactions en ligne, répond aux questions de facturation, gère les retours, échanges, remboursements, ajustements de prix et annulations. Il analyse les problèmes de paiement, soutient les clients et remplace occasionnellement la réceptionniste. Le poste est à temps plein, sur place au siège social de Laval, du lundi au vendredi.

Coordinates web product content for Linen Chest’s e-commerce site, including image quality control, product photography, AI-assisted image optimization, product uploads, and accuracy checks. Ensures product pages are clear, attractive, and aligned with visual standards. Collaborates with internal teams and external partners to maintain consistent content quality. The role requires excellent written French and English, strong organization, attention to detail, Excel knowledge, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.

Manages e-commerce product content, including image quality control, product photography, AI-assisted image optimization, product publishing, and accuracy verification. Researches product information, follows visual standards, improves content workflows, and coordinates with internal and external stakeholders. Requires excellent written English and French, strong French grammar, attention to detail, organization, prioritization, and Excel knowledge.

Manage intake, verification and processing of custom window-treatment orders: validate documents and measurements, calculate pricing, liaise with designers and suppliers, obtain and approve quotes, place orders, track post-sale issues, and maintain accurate records until installation.

Lead IT strategy and digital transformation, drive a major ERP migration to LS Retail / Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, oversee IT operations, security and cloud, manage support/development/integrations teams, improve business processes, BI and data capabilities, and align technology with omnichannel retail goals.

Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube, Performance Max). Drive targeting, bidding and creative tests to maximize ROAS; implement GA4 and GTM tracking; analyze KPIs and report insights; collaborate with e‑commerce, merchandising and creative teams; and oversee substantial monthly ad budgets.

Gérer et exécuter campagnes email et SMS (promotionnelles, transactionnelles, lifecycle), segmenter listes, automatiser flux, tester A/B, analyser performances et garantir conformité CASL/GDPR.

Provide in-home window treatment design and sales: visit clients to measure and advise, create written proposals, manage territory sales strategy, use digital sales tools, and prepare client and market reports. Coordinate with installation and support staff.
