What You Will Do

• Develop and improve internal web applications for Operations & Supply Chain workflows (planning, tracking, and continuous improvement).

• Build features using C#/.NET, Blazor, and DevExpress UI components.

• Design and maintain backend services/APIs and data patterns for Azure SQL/SQL Server.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver, test, and deploy solutions that address real-world challenges.

• Troubleshoot issues and enhance app reliability, usability, and performance.

• Follow secure development practices and collaborate on design decisions with senior engineers.

What You Will Learn

• How to design enterprise-grade tools for manufacturing and operations teams.

• Best practices for Blazor and DevExpress UI in data-heavy applications.

• Scalable Azure deployment patterns (App Services, SQL, storage, and monitoring).

• Secure coding techniques, including access control and data protection.

• Foundational AI patterns like safe UX and telemetry.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience.

• Experience with C#/.NET and modern software development practices.

• Experience building data-driven applications using SQL (SQL Server, Azure SQL, or similar).

• Experience with front-end web development concepts (component-based UI, forms, validation, responsive UI basics).

Qualifications We Prefer

• Experience with Blazor and/or DevExpress UI.

• Familiarity with Azure deployment, CI/CD, and observability tools.

• Knowledge of authentication protocols (OIDC/OAuth2, Azure AD).

• Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and Blazor JS interop.

• Exposure to data platforms like Snowflake and performance-focused querying.

• Remote: This position currently is designated as remote. Employees who are working in remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home) but may be expected to travel to the site location as needed. The successful candidate for this role will be required to reside and work from one of the 50 U.S. states (excluding U.S. territories).

As part of our commitment to maintaining a secure hiring process, candidates may be asked to attend select steps of the interview process in-person at one of our office locations, regardless of whether the role is designated as on-site, hybrid or remote.

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
