What you will do:
Architect, design and deliver high-quality technical solutions by promoting and defining INDG best practices for ML algorithms, tools, models, and data structures.
Serve as a strong influencer on technical trends in ML and AI across multiple product areas.
Deliver and present ML solutions for large initiatives across multiple verticals.
Solve complex problems in a creative manner in a timely fashion.
Shape broad architecture; ship multiple large services, complex libraries, or major pieces of infrastructure.
Identify technology strategic growth opportunities that enable INDG to grow as a business.
Participate in providing technology roadmap/vision for the team.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical solutions to non-technical people across the organization.
Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
You need to have:
Master's or PhD in related field or equivalent work experience.
At least 7 years of software development experience and/or commensurate skills building ML applications for commercial use with modern software engineering practices.
Experience delivering AI/ML-enabled process transformation for multi-hundred person organizations.
Deep expertise of current AI/ML programming languages, including large language models, frameworks, libraries, data structures and data modeling techniques.
Proven track record of delivering large-scale machine learning projects from conception to deployment, with a focus on cloud-based solutions.
Familiarity with distributed software delivery practices such as Agile/Scrum and DevSecOps.
Excellent communication, leadership, and influencing abilities, with a demonstrated ability to guide technical direction across multiple teams and products, emphasizing AWS, DevOps, and cloud knowledge.
Compensation Range:
$230,000.00-$275,000.00Placement in the salary range will be decided upon completion of the interview process. Salary determination will be determined based on factors including but not limited to relevant experience, demonstrated skills related to the requirements of the role, education, certifications, and geographic location.
