Website and App Project Manager (Raleigh-Durham, NC)

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: We are hiring a Website and App Project Manager to manage the ongoing maintenance, content updates, vendor coordination, and optimization of a client website and mobile app. This role ensures digital platforms meet user expectations and the client's communications goals.

This position is a contingent hire, meaning it is contingent on Fors Marsh winning an upcoming proposal. The interview process will be the same as our standard process, the offer letter (should we decide to move forward) will serve as a letter of commitment.

Key Responsibilities

    • Coordinate app and website improvements with vendors and internal teams.
    • Oversee content updates, accessibility, emergency notifications, and app store management.
    • Develop and execute strategies to improve SEO, UX, and digital adoption.
    • Use tools such as Jira and WordPress to manage workflows.
    • Provide quality assurance and data-driven insights on site/app performance.

Qualifications:

    • Three (3) years of experience in website and app project management.
    • Proficient in Jira, WordPress, and digital UX best practices.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage cross-platform consistency.
    • Familiarity with emergency response protocols and SEO strategies.
    • Must be based in the Raleigh-Durham area and available to work on-site at the client's headquarters.

Internal Career Map: Technical Project Manager I

Location: On-site in Raleigh, NC.

Salary: $80,000-$85,000
