Job Summary
RPA is seeking a Web Analyst to join the Web Analytics team. The ideal candidate will have a strong web analytics background, is an articulate, technically-minded individual with good business acumen and excellent interpersonal skills.
What You’ll Be Working On
- Produce analytical data, reports, insights and recommendations directly available to key business executives and digital stakeholders for iterative, continuous business growth opportunities.
- Gather tagging requirements for Website Analytics
- Create tagging documentation based on requirements, while including baseline coverage on all pages and links and complying with clients’ solution designs
- Project manage implementation process for analytics on websites and apps, based on tagging requirements:
- Work with other developers and engineers on the team to sync with their sprints/updates
- UAT Google and Adobe analytics in staging environment and on live sites
- Communicate any issues found to the affected teams
- Work with Account, Client, and Legal teams to establish data collection + distribution policies
- Monitor and QA individual media, web, client-supplied data sources for cleanliness, completeness, and platform errors
- Maintain and troubleshoot data flows for media, web, client-supplied data, addressing errors and assist in adding new functionalities, data sets, and flows
- Work with teams to parse out internal media taxonomy and correct any misalignment
- Build quality assurance systems to ensure data quality while refreshing client-facing dashboards on a set cadence while maintaining data quality
- Generate monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reporting templates, collaborate with internal teams to aggregate content and craft insights and optimizations
How You’ll Excel In Your Role
- Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field required
- 1+ years of experience with web analytics including Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and troubleshooting required using debugger tools. Experience with Adobe Analytics and Salesforce Marketing Cloud are highly desired.
- Experience with Microsoft 360, Jira, or other project management tools
- Familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, SQL, and Developer Tools a plus.
- Strong communication skills - able to translate technical tasks to a non-technical audience
- Detail oriented, organized, transparent, and reliable
- Highly values teamwork and collaboration
- Able to prioritize and juggle tasks efficiently
- Keep open lines of communication with all stakeholders
- Proactive and independent but knows when to escalate larger issues
- Resourceful - taps into all tools and resources available
The semi-monthly salary range for this position is $2,916.67 - 3,125.00, with an annualized equivalent of $70,000 - $75,000.
