Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Sitecore Content Developer to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation. This role will focus on developing, deploying, and testing content using Sitecore's Content Management System (CMS) while ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
Key Responsibilities
Content Development & Management
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand content requirements and implement solutions in Sitecore
- Develop and maintain content templates, renderings, and components
- Configure and optimize content workflow processes
- Implement personalization rules and A/B testing scenarios
- Manage multi-language content deployment and translation workflows
- Ensure content consistency across different channels and devices
Technical Implementation
- Develop and maintain Sitecore templates, layouts, and sublayouts
- Configure and optimize Sitecore's presentation layer
- Implement content search functionality and maintain search indexes
- Set up and manage content delivery networks (CDN)
- Configure and maintain content synchronization between environments
- Implement SEO best practices within Sitecore
Testing & Quality Assurance
- Perform thorough testing of content deployments
- Conduct performance testing and optimization
- Execute cross-browser and multi-device testing
- Validate content rendering and personalization rules
- Ensure compliance with web accessibility standards
Collaboration & Support
- Work closely with content authors and marketers
- Provide training and support for content editors
- Document content development processes and best practices
- Collaborate with development teams on technical implementations
- Support content migration projects
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field
- 5+ years of experience with Sitecore CMS
- Sitecore Developer Certification
- Strong understanding of Sitecore architecture and best practices
- Experience with:
