The Weaver is responsible for operating looms to weave yarn into cloth for hospitals, hotels and the home markets.
What will you do?
- You will repair warp & filling stops to determine the cause and correct.
- You will remove cloth defects by cutting and pulling out filling.
- You will examine woven cloth for to meet quality standards.
- You will flag loom machines for the technician when necessary.
- You will help to maintain a safe working environment.
- You will perform additional duties necessary to maintain weaving operation.
Qualifications Include:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds
