About the role
As a Wealth Product Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in defining and communicating Moneyfarm’s wealth management proposition, translating investment expertise and product innovation into clear, customer-led narratives that drive understanding, adoption, and trust.
You will act as the bridge between the Investment Team, Product, and Commercial/Marketing functions, ensuring that our offering is clearly understood, effectively positioned, and powerfully communicated to both existing investors and prospective clients.
Your mission is to strengthen the connection between what we build and how customers understand and experience it, aligning Moneyfarm's investment proposition with customer needs, behavioural insights, and the company's commercial priorities.
Main Responsibilities:
- Strategic Positioning & Proposition Development
- Define and refine the messaging, positioning, and storytelling around Moneyfarm’s wealth management products and services.
- Translate complex investment and product concepts into clear, emotionally resonant messages, from campaign copy and product pages to internal briefs.
- Shape the go-to-market strategy for new products, features, and service enhancements.
- Ensure that all communications - from product updates to campaign materials - are aligned with Moneyfarm’s brand, tone of voice, and strategic objectives.
- Identify growth opportunities through market and customer insights, and translate them into refined positioning and messaging strategies that enhance adoption and engagement.
- Commercial Enablement & Go-To-Market Execution
- Lead go-to-market (GTM) initiatives for new propositions, features, and campaigns - defining value propositions, crafting key messages, and coordinating launch plans.
- Work closely with the Advisory team to ensure strong investment narratives and product relevance perform campaigns.
- Collaborate with the Investment team to translate portfolio updates, market outlooks, and investment strategies into impactful client communications.
- Define the strategic brief and messaging framework for content, CRM, and acquisition teams to develop materials that support acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Performance Measurement
- Monitor key commercial and marketing performance KPIs (net inflow, engagement, retention, conversion, NPS, etc.) to evaluate propositions' resonance and inform future positioning and messaging strategy.
- Industry Analysis & Competitive Awareness
- Stay on top of industry trends, competitor strategies, and regulatory developments within the wealth management landscape.
- Use insights from market research and customer data to refine proposition positioning and ensure Moneyfarm’s message remains distinctive and relevant.
- Serve as the go-to expert for wealth management marketing, providing strategic input on narratives, content, and campaigns to ensure brand, product, and tone-of-voice consistency.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in wealth management, product marketing, or investment communications within a wealth & asset manager or investment platform environment.
- Solid understanding of Discretionary Portfolio Management (DPM), investment advisory services, and the retail wealth management landscape.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to distil complex financial topics into clear, engaging messages for retail investors.
- Strong commercial acumen, with experience driving measurable business outcomes through marketing initiatives.
- Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills, with proven ability to coordinate across teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Hands-on, collaborative mindset, equally comfortable with strategic planning and message execution (e.g. crafting briefs, reviewing content, writing and refining copy).
- Experience in both the UK and/or Italian wealth management markets preferred.
- Professional certifications such as CFA, CAIA, or CIIA are strongly recommended.
This role is based in our Milan office and our smart working policy requires at least 2 days of in-office presence per week.
