You will be working in the Wealth Planning Life Insurance team within the Investment and Wealth Management Solution (IWMS) business area in Luxembourg. We work on key initiatives and projects aimed at providing our clients with sophisticated life insurance solutions, working closely with various internal and external stakeholders such as front units, wealth planning advisory, service units and insurance partners. YOUR CHALLENGE

• Provide expert advice on a wide range of life insurance and investment-linked insurance products tailored to HNWI and UHNWI needs.
• Collaborate with private bankers and wealth planners to integrate insurance solutions into clients’ overall financial strategies.
• Present customized proposals and explain the benefits, risks, and costs of each solution in a clear and professional manner.
• Conduct periodic reviews of existing insurance policies to ensure continued suitability for clients’ evolving needs.
• Document all client interactions and ensure data is maintained in accordance with internal policies and legal requirements.
• Liaise with Luxembourg insurance regulator on insurance distribution matters and related tasks
• Stay updated on trends in the European insurance market, including tax regulations, cross-border considerations, and legal frameworks.
• Support in strategic initiatives and process improvements.

YOUR PROFILE

• University degree in finance, Economics, Law, or a related field; professional license with CAA is a plus.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the insurance or private banking industry, with a focus on distribution of life insurance products as a broker or agent to HNWIs/UHNWIs.
• In-depth knowledge of life insurance products and distribution, tax-efficient structures, and wealth planning solutions.
• Strong understanding of European insurance regulations specifically with regard to Insurance Distribution Directive (IDD) and cross-border implications.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Team player with entrepreneurial thinking
• Fluency in French and proficiency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
