Job Responsibilities
- The Wealth Management Leadership & Regional Management team involvement ranges from internal consulting, strategy, competitor data, expense management, along with management reporting for senior leadership
- Business strategy & performance management: Collaborating with Global COOs on initiatives to drive and streamline business critical projects
- Leadership and internal presentations: Responsible for generation, distribution, and analysis of weekly, monthly and annual management reports. Build and deliver analytical insights to the leadership that will help in forming client, sales & product strategies
- Analyze variances and trends underlying revenues & expenses to provide the business with regular updates through reports supported by well documented commentaries
- Benchmarking against Market competitors, Client Wallet Size Analysis, GS Market share and Ranking
- Devise creative methodologies to improve business efficiency across markets
- Drive resource allocation and headcount management
Basic Qualifications
- Master’s degree in finance, Economics, Business or Commerce.
- Experience in financial services industry, preferably in an analytical or strategy function
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Advanced understanding of Microsoft Office products, tools and utilities for business use, acquaintance to Business Intelligence tools (Tableau, QlikSense, Altreyx) is advantageous
- Strong understanding of wealth management, investment advisory and financial planning products and landscape
