ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensures that all Product Owners follow agreed methods and standards to initiate, plan, organize, execute, monitor/ control, & direct the completion of product builds.

Leads the assessment of value, development of cases, and prioritization of stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy. Ensures that stories and epics are valued against other demands across the whole Wealth Management and are supported by Wealth Management Leadership Team.

Collaborate with Tribe Lead and Products Segment Owner on the resourcing strategy to meet WM Demands every sprint.

Conduct a regular Experience review / comparative assessment of owned products prior sprints to ensure that experiences are relevant, easy and useful for customers, clear and compliant, prior build.

Ensures that product designs are aligned with cross-functional teams to ensure all regulatory & commercial requirements are included in builds.

Take away blockers for the squads to make sure that builds are delivered on spec and on-time, that resources to deliver product features are in place and issues are resolved and properly filed.

Work with the Agile Team from Tech & Ops to continuously improve Product Design & Delivery. Introduce new methodologies or processes for a synergistic approach of Product Owners in leading and mobilizing their squads.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Educational Background – College graduate with strong leadership potential
- Years of Work Experience – 3 to 5 years of work experience in Financial Services focus on Investments or Banking, business management or product management
- Product or Program Management
- Work Background / Experience - Fintech, Bank, Financial Institution or similar industries
- Experience in Leadership and Team Management
- Good oral and Presentation skills
- Level of Knowledge
- Good project management
- Good presentation skills
