Compensation Range
Annual Salary: $72,500.00 - $85,000.00 (Amount based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies.)For more than a century, Commerce Trust has been a leading provider of wealth management services including financial planning, estate and tax planning, investment management, private banking and trust administration services. Essential Functions
Develop and present in-depth revenue and analysis presentations to Senior Management on an ongoing basis
Identify and recommend ways to streamline department processes
Provide high level customer service and support to internal Commerce Trust (CT) Administrators, while facilitating the process of revenue reporting, establishing fees for new accounts, updating fees on existing accounts, and overall processing of fees
Provide a higher level of accountability in understanding the overall CT goals and offering alternate solutions to customers to accomplish them. This would include, but not limited to, a wider degree of knowledge on more complex aspects of revenue reporting and analysis
Play a key role in how new customers form their first impressions of CT by supporting customers with an advanced attention to detail and working with Senior Management by providing revenue reporting and analysis
Serve as a resource to other team members while providing coverage, and supporting management by helping drive the direction of the team
Assist with problem resolution and serve as a liaison between the Administrators and internal departments
Drive process improvements and work on special projects as identified
Perform other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
Expert knowledge of Excel, such as how to utilize formulas, graphs, and pivot tables
Advanced level of proficiency with Microsoft, Word, Teams, and Outlook
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy
Superior problem solving and analytical skills
Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Inquisitive, agile, and strong team player with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in Finance or Accounting preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience required
4+ years of revenue reporting and analysis experience preferred
Previous background and knowledge of investment management fee and mutual fund fees required
4+ years of experience in trust services, finance, or investment management industry preferred
