Serve as subject-matter expert for the ConnectWealth UMA platform: launch capabilities, design and deliver advisor training, support complex advisor/client situations, drive platform adoption, synthesize platform benefits, and partner cross-functionally to optimize advisor productivity and program outcomes.

As a ConnectWealth Platform Specialist, you will serve as the subject matter expert to deliver the value proposition of our new strategic Unified Managed Account platform for the Global Private Bank and US Wealth Management, which consists of the Chase Wealth Management and JP Morgan Advisors businesses, representing in excess of $640 billion in AUM across 900k accounts. Platform specialists will be responsible for launching new capabilities to the salesforce, delivering the value prop of the platform features & capabilities to enhance Advisor productivity, and driving adoption and proficiency in new digital platform toolkit via practice management strategies. The Connect Wealth Program is high profile and spans across multiple lines of business and functions. The goal of the Program is to transform the operating model for managed accounts and implement an intuitive technology platform that supports complex unified managed account strategies. This is a top priority change management and transformative program with strong senior leadership support.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Train on our evolving UMA Platform & Program
    • Design and Customize advisor resources and trainings that effectively articulate the value proposition to their practice of the transformational changes ConnectWealth aims to deliver
    • Deliver training in various forums, leveraging digital/scalable mediums whenever possible 
  • Provide insights on our platform/UMA Program to optimize Advisor experience, efficiency & productivity
    • Delivering the platform’s capabilities for varying client preferences and buying behaviors 
    • Synthesize and articulate program/platform capabilities and benefits to promote client acquisition/deepen client relationships
  • Trusted partner to advisors on new features & capabilities 
    • Provide insight on ConnectWealth program / expertise on questions (e.g., challenging transitions or portfolio construction toolkit questions)
    • Partner with Field Engagement/Advisors for complex/large client situations/pitches (e.g., customized portfolio recommendations, existing vs. proposed allocation analyses)
  • Drive Adoption - Critical partner in driving adoption and enhancing platform/program adoption/utilization through the facilitation of platform sales and retention strategies and campaigns

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • 2 years of prior experience in financial services industry, preferably in Managed Accounts, wealth management or investments organizations
  • Advanced knowledge of managed investment products and/or investment advisory business preferred
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail; self motivated, resilient and goal oriented
  • Ability to work under tight timelines, with a track record of meeting deliverables and previously established metrics/performance measures
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating with multiple teams, coordinating across different cross-functional initiatives, and reaching consensus with diverse stakeholders including Advisors, Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Controls partners
  • Strong team player with ability to work with teams at all levels
  • Ability to quickly build relationships and influence colleagues, incl. technical and functional partners
  • Confident communicator with ability to provide clear and succinct verbal and written updates for all levels of the organization
