JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare and analyze department metrics and reporting to measure success and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with applicable software stakeholders to identify needs and design efficient, effective solutions to improve the client experience
  • Maintain thorough understanding of internal trust operations business processes, internal and external customer needs, external competitive landscape, and industry technology trends
  • Develop and maintain operating procedures, internal user documentation, and internal user training and provide training and ongoing support to external end-users
  • Fulfill the role of business line coordinator for projects such as software releases, monitoring system upgrades and coordinating UAT testing
  • Provide support to ensure data is reconciled and issues resolved timely
  • Develop and maintain report templates
  • Oversee trust operations vendor relations and liaise with Park systems team to coordinate and resolve issues
  • Maintain awareness of and adherence to Bank’s compliance requirements and risk management concepts, expectations, policies and procedures and apply them to daily tasks
  • Deliver a consistent, high level of service within our Serving More standards
  • Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • 2- 4 Years of Banking and/or Trust experience required
  • At a minimum, employees must obtain a HS Diploma or GED.
  • 4 Year / Bachelors Degree - Business analytics, finance, accounting or related field OR Combination of prior experience in business analytics, trust, accounting, or banking is preferred

This position must be able to remain in a stationary position a minimum of 75% of the time, constantly operate a computer, and be able to be in constant communication with customers and coworkers to discuss and observe account information in order to exchange accurate information.
