What You’ll Do:
- Drive Sales Growth: Develop and execute winning sales strategies, leveraging bank leads and your own network. Collaborate with branch and regional teams to acquire and retain loyal clients.
- Build Lasting Relationships: Cultivate strong client relationships by offering personalized wealth solutions and identifying cross-selling opportunities that enhance their financial journey.
- Stay on Track: Ensure compliance with bank policies and ethical sales practices, all while actively contributing to exciting campaigns and promotions.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing preferred or relevant fields with CGPA of 2.8
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enjoy meeting people
- Creative and possess the initiative, drive and ability to work independently and in a team
- Pleasant personality
