The OpportunityWe are seeking experienced Financial Advisors who want to explore new opportunities without navigating the market alone. This role is ideal for advisors who want:
- A choice between multiple firm types

- Guidance on compensation structures, transitions and platform differences
We support roles ranging from early career Financial Advisor to Senior Wealth Advisor, Private Wealth Director, RIA Lead Planner and Personal Trust Advisor.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities vary based on the firm and model selected. Common responsibilities include:
- Providing financial planning, investment advisory guidance and portfolio recommendations
- Managing client relationships, onboarding and ongoing service
- Building and maintaining a book of business within fee-based, advisory or hybrid models
- Collaborating with internal planning, investment and trust teams
- Developing new client relationships through referrals, COIs and inbound leads
- Meeting and upholding compliance and fiduciary standards
- Supporting or leading planning engagements with the firm’s planning tools and software
- Coordinating investment strategies with in-house or external investment teams
We place advisors in full-service environments with strong marketing support as well as entrepreneurial platforms that offer greater autonomy and higher payout options.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
What We Are Looking For
Ideal candidates often bring the following background:
- Two to thirty or more years of advisory or wealth management experience
- Licenses such as Series 7, Series 65 or 66, CFP or CFA depending on the firm
- Transferable AUM preferred, although we also support non transferable advisors in trust and service roles
- Experience with planning, client management and long-term advisory relationships
- A preference for fee-only, fee-based, hybrid, W2 or 1099 models depending on the firm
- A client focused and planning focused mindset
