ความรับผิดชอบหลัก**
* สร้างและรักษาความสัมพันธ์อันดีกับลูกค้า WB ทั้งรายใหม่และรายเก่า
* นำเสนอผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการทางการเงินที่เหมาะสมกับความต้องการของลูกค้า เช่น ผลิตภัณฑ์การลงทุน ประกัน และสินเชื่อ
* ให้คำปรึกษาทางการเงินแก่ลูกค้าอย่างมืออาชีพ เพื่อช่วยให้ลูกค้าบรรลุเป้าหมายทางการเงิน
* วิเคราะห์ความต้องการและความเสี่ยงของลูกค้า เพื่อจัดพอร์ตการลงทุนที่เหมาะสม

คุณสมบัติ**
* ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาบริหารธุรกิจ การเงิน การธนาคาร หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
* มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 2 ปีในธุรกิจธนาคาร หรืองานด้านการขายผลิตภัณฑ์ทางการเงิน โดยเฉพาะกลุ่มลูกค้า Wealth Banking จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
* มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการทางการเงินต่างๆ เป็นอย่างดี
* มีทักษะในการสื่อสาร การนำเสนอ และการเจรจาต่อรองที่ดีเยี่ยม
* มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี สามารถสร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับลูกค้าได้
* สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันและบรรลุเป้าหมายได้
* มีใบอนุญาตผู้แนะนำการลงทุน (Single License) หรือใบอนุญาตอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง (ถ้ามี)
* สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (ทั้งการพูด อ่าน และเขียน) จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Banking, or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in banking or financial product sales
- Knowledge of financial products and services (investment, insurance, lending)
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Portfolio analysis and client risk assessment skills
- Investment advisor license (Single License) or other relevant licenses
- Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing)
- Adherence to bank policies, procedures and compliance requirements
