To accelerate this growth, we are looking for a Wayfinder Manager  to help route electric drivers to our industry-leading charging stations . Together with 400+ colleagues from over 45 nationalities, spread across 10 countries, we drive change in the energy transition. We have been awarded “Best Charging Network” in the UK, France, Switzerland and the Netherlands, further establishing Fastned as a leading player in the field.

Your mission is simple but vital: Make sure every EV driver can find a Fastned station the moment they need one.

First thing first, this isn’t a marketing or branding role. While your work makes us "visible," you won’t be focusing on social media or ad campaigns. Instead, you are the person who ensures Fastned is seamlessly integrated into the driver's journey. In our industry, being physically present on the highway is only half the battle; if a driver can’t see our chargers on their dashboard or map while planning their route, we simply aren't part of their trip. Your job is to bridge that gap by connecting our physical stations to every digital navigation system out there.

Reporting directly to the Growth Director, you will be the overarching owner of our digital visibility for drivers on the road. You’ll sit at the heart of a cross-functional effort to make our stations impossible to miss, working with Product to ensure perfect data sharing, Sales and Partnerships to close prioritization deals with car manufacturers, and Marketing to drive promotions.

Beyond the day-to-day coordination, you will also represent Fastned on a larger stage, working with governments and industry associations to shape the standards of our young industry. This is your opportunity to own a critical part of our expansion, driving change in the energy transition and making a lasting impact on how the world moves.

• Set the foundation for our digital wayfinding: This means you’ll dive into the mobility industry to set the standards and create a clear KPI framework that everyone at Fastned can get behind. Once the goal is clear, you’ll set up a pragmatic process to keep the wider team aligned and moving forward on a joint roadmap. You aren't just watching from the sidelines; you are the one driving the rhythm of how we show up on the road.

• Online data accuracy: A big part of your day-to-day is owning our online data accuracy. You’ll be hands-on in making sure our location data is perfect across every platform, monitoring it closely and jumping in to fix things when they look off. This involves a lot of teamwork, collaborating with our internal experts to get the right data in, and managing our relationships with data brokers and third-party platforms to make sure the right information comes out. You are the final guardian of what the driver actually sees on their screen.

• Monitoring and Alignment: You’ll also act as the central hub for monitoring and alignment. By developing a smart monitoring system with clear targets, you’ll make sure all our stakeholders are pulling in the same direction. It’s about creating a loop of continuous improvement where we measure our success, learn from the data, and keep getting better. You make sure the "cross-functional" part of your title actually happens in practice, keeping everyone connected and efficient.

• Contribute to the strategy: You’ll be a key voice in our long-term strategy. Working alongside our senior leaders and the strategy team, you’ll help shape the future of how people find Fastned. You’ll keep a sharp eye on market trends and new tech, spotting opportunities to design scalable processes that help our sales and network teams grow. You aren't just managing the status quo; you’re helping us figure out how to stay ahead in a young and fast-moving industry.

• Experience in a fast growing context location based industry. Since this role is quite unique, we're open for people with a variety of backgrounds. We're keen to hear your angle on why you're the best fit for making this endeavor a success.

• Good understanding of digital navigation, maps, or wayfinding systems is a huge plus.

• You are comfortable with project management and data-driven decision-making to ensure our online presence is flawless.

• Exceptional communication skills with the confidence to influence senior management and coordinate diverse, cross-functional teams.

• Fluency in English and cultural awareness to navigate various European markets. Additional European languages are considered a plus.

• A genuine passion for sustainability and a desire to be a pioneer in the electric mobility revolution.
