All about the role:

Performs tests on appliances or components, interprets and follows up on

test results. Tasks are of a technical nature, of low complexity and in

support of professional colleagues. Uses existing procedures to solve

routine or standard problems. Receives instructions, guidance, and

direction from others.

What you’ll do:

Performance Test Engineer responsibilities include the following areas:

• Performance testing the Washing Machine, Washer Dryer, and

Tumble Dryer products.

• Prepares and executes lab activities related to the evaluation of

appliances, in terms of performance.

• Actively participates in the development of new projects.

• Works autonomously, following established procedures and

guidelines to contribute to improvement.

• Interacts with cross-functional teams, shares knowledge.

• Broadens competence in own area; still acquires higher level skills

• Receives moderate guidance and direction in own area of

knowledge

• Prioritizes and organizes own work to deliver to agreed deadlines

• Applies knowledge/skills to a variety of standard day to day

activities

• Identifies and solves problems in straightforward situations;

generates possible solutions, analyzes each using standard

procedures

• Contributes actively to team activities, sharing experience and ideas

• Builds productive relationships within and outside of own team

• Quality Management according to ISO/IEC 17025.

• Coaching team to solve the problems with strategic thinking

together with sense of urgency.

• Support Cost reduction and Quality improvement activities

• Support Consumer Magazines activities

• Coordinate with Global laboratory for equipment, test procedures,

test manual, capability, and competence.

• Application laboratory facilities and equipment control

• Application laboratory capabilities and improvement planning

Who you are:

Education

• Bachelor ’s Degree in Engineering or other related field.

Experience

• 2-3 years’ experience in relevant experience, R&D

Knowledge

• Washing Machine, Washer Dryer, and Tumble Dryer products

Knowledge

• ISO/IEC 17025

• Project Management

• PPM & Basic Microsoft Project

• International/National performance testing standard of Washing

Machine, Washer Dryer, and Tumble Dryer Products

• Design of Experiment (DOE)

• Test Equipment and Data Acquisition
