Goodwill Industries of Mid-Michigan is looking for a motivated, team-building individual to fill Full-Time & Part-Time Wares Processor Positions at our Caro Store located at 1560 W. Caro Road in Caro
$15.00 an hour, plus
20% discount on in-store purchases.

Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Receive, process, and price as directed and according to policy, procedure and job standards
- Achieve production standard of 85-100 pieces per hour
- Provide excellent customer service with a smile!

What We Do
Goodwill Industries of Mid‑Michigan is a private nonprofit social enterprise headquartered in Flint, Michigan. It operates 16 retail stores, five donation centers and an outlet to collect and resell donated goods; profits fund vocational training, employment services and placement programs for people facing barriers to work. The organization recycles donated items, supports workforce development, and helps individuals achieve economic self‑sufficiency.
