Inventory Management: Maintaining accurate inventory records for Incoming material & issued materials. He must ensure that stock levels are adequate and review obsolete materials.
Order Management: They are responsible for ordering new items required against SO as needed and ensuring that all incoming materials are verified against Purchase orders.
Record Keeping: Keeping detailed records of all transactions, including STSO, transfers and inventory levels. This includes preparing STSO Invoices and GAR. Maintain kitting shortages and SO shortages & update regularly. Maintain SO items issuance records.57F4 challans record maintain.
Stores Maintenance: They must maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring that materials are stored properly and meets health and safety standards.
Team Coordination: Strong communication and coordination with other departments. Co ordinate with Purchase for shortage material deliveries.
Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service is a key responsibility, which includes assisting customers (internal & external), addressing their inquiries and ensuring a positive response.
Skills and Qualifications
Organizational Skills: He must be highly organized and detail oriented to manage inventory effectively and maintain accurate records.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal & written communication skills are necessary for interacting with team members.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Inventory management systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of Oracle system.
Experience: Prior experience in manufacturing stores or inventory management systems.
