The opportunity：
• 负责仓储部的日常管理工作，贯彻执行公司所有仓库作业规章制度和相关管理措施；确保RDC各项运作记录有效并不定期进行检查；对仓储部的各种报表质量负责
• 制定仓库月/年度工作计划，并督导、检查计划完成情况；协助RDC负责人实施RDC内部培训计划，并跟进培训效果；
• 合理安排下属工作分工，指导、激励下属并公正评价其工作表现；同供应商、承运商、客户、相关部门保持良好合作；协调处理仓库作业的相关问题；协助业务发展部为客户作仓储作业方面的介绍或咨询；
• 监督作业环境和员工的工作；确保所有员工使用规定的个人防护用品，且个人防护用品处于良好状态。
• 对于特定任务，确保员工已接受HSE培训和相关工作培训；根据HSE程序，开展工作；与员工召开工具箱会议和HSE会议；在HSE方面以身作则，并言行一致。
• 执行工作场所的风险评估；根据公司政策报告并调查所有事故、未遂事故和危险源。及公司分配的其他工作

- Knowledge of logistics operations across all segments
- Team building and staff management experience
- Audit and inspection experience
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Knowledge of HSE procedures, risk assessment, and safety practices
