Job Description Summary
The Warehouse Worker performs all loading and unloading of incoming raw materials and finished goods for the Milwaukee location and provides warehouse organization of all stocked products. This role ensures the customer receives the correct items in a timely manner through LTL to full containers of outgoing goods and ensures proper data entry into the warehouse computer system to complete those shipments.Job Description
- Ensure the daily shipment of all goods via freight, parcel pickup, customer pick up, or overseas container by assembling all paperwork and allocating lot numbers against orders.
- Collaborate with peers in production and administrative roles to provide resolution on issues to ensure proper shipments and to proactively address all future issues with shipping orders.
- Report and prevent the occurrence of any non-conformity relating to the product, process, and quality system.
- Develop a good working relationship with other departments within Milwaukee and throughout the Elementis network.
- Coordinate the unloading and storage in the warehouse of all incoming raw materials and supplies and receive all material in JD Edwards.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, health, environmental, and regulatory standards.
- Adequately accommodate the changing production environment to produce the desired shipping results.
- Control warehouse storage and space for proper flow, error reduction, and shipping staging.
- Under the direction of supervision- pull all orders, stage for shipment to the customer, and load onto trucks and containers in a safe and error free means. Utilize lot numbers and verify SKU with product and assembly.
- Reprocess and repack material as required.
- Monitor inventories of finished good and rotate stock as required to ensure a “first in first out” manner.
- Maintain housekeeping at a high level in accordance with established standards.

Position Requirements
Education: HS Diploma or equivalent
Experience: prefer at least 2 years warehouse experience
Special Requirements and Independency: HAZMAT Certified (training provided)
