Job DescriptionThe Warehouse Operator must ensure all Warehousing functions operate in an efficient manner and that safety is a priority.
The functions include Receipt of material, general material handling and storage, issuance of material to Production and Shipping.
- Good Organization skills.
- Ability to make decisions and work on own initiative.
- Flexible and adaptable to change.
- Computer literate.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist Abbvie in achieving environmental, health and safety goals by working safely and observing all general plant and departmental safety policies.
- Ensure accurate receipt of materials in a timely manner.
- Ensure that all materials are accurately located and controlled both physically and on SAP.
- Issuance of material to Manufacturing and Packaging.
- Shipping of products and non-inventory items in accordance with SOPs.
- Complete cycle counts
- Perform all assigned duties according to departmental SOPs and cGMP’s.
- Good knowledge of SAP and Warehouse processes.
- Good knowledge of Abbvie products and processes.
- Forklift experience is preferable.
Night shift: Mon - Thurs 00:00 - 08:00, Friday 19:30 - 02:30
