THE ROLE: Lead design, configuration and implementation of end-to-end Blue Yonder Warehouse Management solutions for highly complex clients.

• HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • Blue Yonder Specific

    • Warehouse Experience: 10+ years mastering the complexities of supply chain, warehouse operations and warehouse management solutions.

    • Blue Yonder WMS Expertise: 8+ years of deep, hands-on knowledge of Blue Yonder WMS, in a client-facing implementation role.

    • Industry Expertise: Deep grasp of WMS business requirements and data needs across CPG, Retail, Manufacturing or Logistics sectors.

    • Hybrid Functional & Technical Acumen: A blend of functional and technical skills that empower you to bridge business needs with cutting-edge technology.

    • Design & Configuration: Proven experience leading BY WMS functional design and configuration, including database and integration design for upstream/downstream systems and automation.

    • Project Leadership: Experience leading BY WMS implementation activities including development, testing, change management, end-user training, deployment, and hypercare activities, following agile/scrum or hybrid delivery methodologies.

    • Complex Solutioning: Skilled in preparing detailed BY WMS functional specifications and effort estimates for system modifications and integrations.

    • Technical Fluency: Proficiency in SQL and relational databases to drive data-driven decisions.

    • Presales: Expertise in preparing presales proposals and effort estimates for warehouse system implementations.

  • Foundational

    • Trusted Advisor: Exceptional client relationship and consulting skills, positioning you as a trusted advisor who provides exceptional value to clients.

    • Leadership: Outstanding leadership in team building, supervision, communication, and mentoring—including QA reviews and developing best practices for your team.

    • Global Communication: High proficiency in English, enabling you to collaborate seamlessly with international teams and clients.

    • International Mobility: Ready and able to travel to the US, bringing your expertise wherever it’s needed most.

    • Academic Foundation: A university degree in Supply Chain, Computer Science, Business, or Engineering.

• BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

  • Blue Yonder BY WMS Functional, Implementation and Technical Certifications.

  • Proficiency in: Pagebuilder, Labels, Jasper Reports, MTF/RF, Integrator/Integration, MOCA; knowledgeable of Cloud platforms.

  • Knowledge or Experience with other WMS platforms: SAP, Oracle, Manhattan or Körber.
