THE ROLE: 

Join a central Ops team that keeps Genius running smoothly - empowering our teams to focus on what they do best: driving the business forward.

We are hiring a hands-on Warehouse & Assembly Line Worker to support the production of GeniusIQ, our next-generation sports tracking system. This is a practical, on-site role combining warehouse management and device assembly. We are looking for someone reliable who can step in and support daily operations.

WHAT YOU'LL DO     

  • Receive deliveries and manage incoming goods from carriers
  • Organise warehouse stock and prepare components for assembly
  • Assemble GeniusIQ device enclosures using hand tools and screwdrivers
  • Follow written and verbal instructions to build products accurately and on time
  • Test and check finished units for quality and defects
  • Support inventory tracking and maintain a clean, safe workspace
  • Operate warehouse equipment including an electric forklift

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • Confidence using basic hand tools
  • Experience in warehouse or assembly environments is preferred
  • Ability to handle physical work, including moving larger boxes
  • Attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately
  • Comfortable learning basic PCBA testing and programming (training provided)
  • Trustworthy and responsible when handling valuable equipment
  • Clear communication skills - English is preferred but not essential

IMPORTANT DETAILS

Part-time (30h per week) | On-site | Monday to Friday
6-month fixed-term contract (with possibility to extend for another 6 months)
