What will you be doing?
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse and Logistics Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Picking and packing orders
- Dispatching products efficiently
- Manual handling upto 16KG
- Planning and booking deliveries to meet customer expectations
- Managing incoming delivery dockets and invoices
- Coordinating stock movements
- Overseeing container deliveries and collections/returns
- Performing general warehouse duties to maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Liaising with logistics companies such as FedEx and DHL
- Receiving and dispatching parts
- Coordinating couriers in line with dispatch schedules
Shift Time: 8:30 am to 5:00 PM
Location: Melton Melbourne Victoria 3337
About you:
With expertise in the warehouse or transport industries, you are an energetic self-starter and an excellent team player who takes pride in your work and your environment.
What Skills You Need:
- Previous experience in warehouse pick/pack operations
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team as well as independently with minimal supervision
- A current Forklift License
- A valid Driver's License
- Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy
What Makes You Stand Out:
- Experience in booking international consignments
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach
- Inventory management experience, including cycle counting
