What will you be doing?
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse and Logistics Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Picking and packing orders
  • Dispatching products efficiently
  • Manual handling upto 16KG
  • Planning and booking deliveries to meet customer expectations
  • Managing incoming delivery dockets and invoices
  • Coordinating stock movements
  • Overseeing container deliveries and collections/returns
  • Performing general warehouse duties to maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Liaising with logistics companies such as FedEx and DHL
  • Receiving and dispatching parts
  • Coordinating couriers in line with dispatch schedules


Shift Time: 8:30 am to 5:00 PM
Location: Melton Melbourne Victoria 3337
About you:
With expertise in the warehouse or transport industries, you are an energetic self-starter and an excellent team player who takes pride in your work and your environment.
What Skills You Need:

  • Previous experience in warehouse pick/pack operations
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team as well as independently with minimal supervision
  • A current Forklift License
  • A valid Driver's License
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy


What Makes You Stand Out:

  • Experience in booking international consignments
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach
  • Inventory management experience, including cycle counting
