Requirements
The Distribution Centre is the pumping heart of Aspinal. The team ensures that all stores and customers receive the beautiful products on time and in great condition. We are an efficient team of hardworking individuals who enjoy the challenge of delivering results in a rapidly growing organisation.
Going into our peak trading period the warehouse will be a fast moving and high energy environment to work in with the main focus being on quality, accuracy and efficiency.
Key Duties
• Provide administrative support for all distribution operations, including concessions, wholesale, marketing, special customer service requests, and other departmental needs - including but not limited to printing picks, completing paperwork, and arranging shipping;
• Ensure all relevant trackers are updated regularly.
• Communicate effectively with all departments within the organization to ensure seamless operations.
• Work closely with the warehouse manager regarding workload and priorities, stock enquiries and all system-based queries.
• Work closely with warehouse staff to ensure effective teamwork and communication.
• Ad-hoc projects and tasks as and when required by the business
