JOB PURPOSE
This role exists to drive best-in-class digital shelf execution and performance across Unilever's Beauty & Personal Care portfolio on Walmart.com and SamsClub.com. Through content optimization, analytics, and platform expertise, you will improve product discoverability, conversion, and sales performance while delivering outstanding consumer experiences.
You will partner closely with Sales, Brand, Supply Chain, and agency teams to identify opportunities, optimize content, and support continued business growth with one of Unilever's most strategic customers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Own and lead digital shelf execution for Unilever's Beauty & Personal Care portfolio on Walmart.com and SamsClub.com.
Manage content operations within Walmart Supplier One, including item setup, content publication, attribution management, and issue resolution.
Drive content optimization initiatives to improve discoverability, conversion, and digital shelf performance.
Execute content launches, refreshes, audits, and ongoing content governance activities.
Analyze Walmart Scintilla data, content health metrics, and digital shelf performance to identify growth opportunities.
Develop data-driven recommendations to improve sales performance and consumer engagement.
Leverage SEO best practices and emerging AI-driven opportunities to enhance content visibility and conversion.
Monitor competitive activity and category trends to inform content strategy.
Partner closely with Customer Development, Brand, Supply Chain, and agency stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with Walmart and Sam's Club digital content standards and requirements.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree.
2+ years of experience in digital content management, eCommerce, or digital commerce.
Experience managing product content within eCommerce, marketplace, or retailer.com environments.
Experience with Walmart Supplier One and digital shelf management.
Strong analytical skills with experience using Walmart Scintilla, content health metrics, and performance reporting.
Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with Syndigo, Content Pipeline, or similar content management platforms.
Experience supporting Walmart content management processes and requirements.
Experience within consumer goods, manufacturing, or CPG environments.
Strong interest in AI adoption and leveraging AI-driven solutions to improve processes and performance.

Work Location: Rogers, Arkansas, USA.
Travel Requirement: Minimal travel as business needs require.
Work Arrangement: Office-based / Hybrid.

Pay: The pay range for this position is $71,400 to $107,200. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.
